The booking form on this website does not send or store any data. The button opens your WhatsApp or email app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it.
Any details you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone are used only to answer your enquiry and manage your stay. The legal basis is your consent and, if you book, the performance of the contract. They are kept for as long as needed for that and to meet legal obligations such as guest registration.
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to laeradelardies@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
